  8. To evaluate with all the available information the different proposals    and select the most suitable "system".

  9. To foresee and to budget everything which conforms the necessary infrastructure to install "the system", such as provision of utilities and industrial usage materials.

  10. To participate in the purchase management  in charge of the client.

  11. To manage and/or to perform the adaptation of the acquired system.

  12. To foresee and organize the training of the personnel in charge of the  system operation participating of its selection, if necessary.

  13. To analyze the system limitations and restrictions ( by means of either an own services contract or one with the company supplier ).

  14. To establish agreements with the supplier company  which facilitate the availability of new hardware or software versions, application notes, etc.  by substitution or updating and a permanent improvement in their quality.

  15. To carry out preliminary tests which guarantee the operation according to the previous expectations.

  16. To contract and supervise technical analysis concerning to the initial installation.

  17. To arrange performance analysis studies whose frequency will be determinated  as result of common agreements.

  • To analyze with the client the requirements of thematic information, previous restriction of  the search results.

  • To locate information about suppliers through Internet consulting the different directories.

  • To subscribe to one or more mailing lists according to the required specific subjects.

  • To open accounts in newsgroups via Internet.
